Commissions are a
fun challenge for me. If you have a specific idea or need for a
painting. Or if you have a favorite dog, cat, rat, house, lake, child,
hobby, dream, passion, etc., that you would like to see captured in my
unique artistic style, please
click here to send me an email and we can discuss your needs. I
will require specific details for paintings inspired by your concept -
or several images of your desired subject for artwork inspired by actual
people, animals or places. And you will want to review the price list
below before specifying dimensions. We can discuss materials used as
well. I am open to creating special paintings in acrylic (on canvas,
paper or wood) or in gouache (on paper) or we could talk about a drawing
in colored pencil or crayon or oil pastel - all available on mat board
or paper. Thank you for your interest. I look forward to working with

Pricing for
commissioned pieces:
NOTE*** Commissions are now booked through the end of
2011. I am accepting new commissions for 2012 only.
Tiny Art and 4" x 4"
pieces = $150
Small - measuring 6" on the longest side = $250
Medium - measuring 8" on the longest side = $350
Large - measuring 12" on the longest side = $500
Extra-large - measuring 18" on the longest side = $850
Oversized - measuring 30" on the longest side = $1,500
Even larger - Individually priced before we begin the piece.

Timing for
commissioned pieces:
Depending on factors like the size of your request, the complexity of
your wishes, the number of commissions already on my plate, and whether
I have the necessary supplies in stock, your commission(s) could take
anywhere from one week to 90 days to complete. Per painting.
If you need your special artwork by a certain date, be sure to discuss
that with me before we begin. More commission examples are available on
request. I have completed commissions for individuals and business
ranging from a single painting measuring one inch square to a series of
giant canvases each measuring several feet across. One fellow even
commissioned a painting as his marriage proposal! (She said yes.)

Payment:
When you are clear on what you require, please
email me to arrange for
the commission. I will then send you one or more invoices via
email. Commissions in the two smallest categories must be paid in
full before work begins. All other commission may be split into
two payments if you like. One half of the cost being due before
work begins. The other half due before your new artwork ships out.
Payments are invoiced via PayPal.com, but you may also pay with a money
order if you prefer. Shipping and handling are provided free of
charge.
