Cake

Cake is a heartfelt reminder to myself and others that wishing is powerful and necessary and a real good indicator of how much we value ourselves. For years and years, I only made wishes when someone told me to "Make a wish!" and then I did so with very little thought or passion or creativity. I was too busy trying to make things happen and lacked the imagination to see a whole Universe working hard to manifest whatever I asked for. Now I make lots of wishes! And I hope this painting will brighten the home or office of another wishful thinker out there. This piece has beautiful rich colors, active energetic brushstrokes and lovely organic lines.
