Eternal

I have painted many buffalo over the years, but this one remains my favorite. She has such a sweet, vulnerable expression. Buffalo have long been a personal totem for me. In many Native cultures, they represent selfless giving. Recognizing that sometimes your life may have to go a certain direction because your actions are necessary to help others attain their destinies.

This painting is full of rich, subtle hues and surprising bits of color. It is sure to bring a reassuring touch of timeless quiet to any home or work space.
