The colors and textures in this piece are so rich and vibrant they sing.  This landscape moves me more than any I have created to date.  It is absolutely ripe with sunlight and hope.  The areas that become the land and the tree were primed with a fine-grade ceramic stucco designed specifically for fine artists.  And then the painting was completed with many many layers of soft, subtle color that built up to form these deep, luscious hues.  Oasis is sure to brighten any home or office space with dreams of a peaceful afternoon in the sun.
