Ambitious

8" x 10"

Acrylic paint on an acid-free canvas panel

The words read:  I am trying to rise above my limitations.

(Enlarged to show detail.  The "striping" that appears in the top scan - the scan of the whole painting - that striping is the result of some odd scanner process I do not understand.  There are no stripes in the actual painting.)

ABOUT THIS PIECE:  Oh... the colors in this piece are delicious!  And that lovely little house trying so hard to rise up.  Fighting gravity.  I really enjoyed creating this piece and it makes me happy each time I see it.  I hope this painting brings a bit of inspiration and courage to the home of some fellow dreamer out there.

HOW IT WAS MADE:  This is a traditional brush painting.

DISPLAY OPTIONS:  This piece could be easily and affordably framed as it requires no matting or glass.  Or it would also display nicely sitting on a small decorative easel or stand just as it is, no framing needed.  I will include a small plastic stand for free if you request one at the time of payment.

I am trying to rise above my limitations.
