I think most women at some point or another find themselves in love with men that their friends and family feel are utterly wrong.  Loving caring friends and family cannot understand how their friend/daughter/sister/niece could make such a choice.  Why him? 

Well, I think maybe women don't always know themselves so well.  We are taught to know others better than ourselves.  And I think these powerful mystery attractions have to do with men who express some traits that we ourselves are only just discovering.  Sides to our personalities that we have not shared with friends and family.  Whatever the reason, those men make perfect sense to us. 

Love who you need to love.  Even if it means you may get hurt.  Even if no one else understands.  Life is a learning experience.  And your lessons are meant just for you.

How Attraction was created.....   I used palette knives and a variety of brushes to create this fun colorful painting.

Attraction was painted on a wooden board created specifically for use by artists. It has a recessed slot in the back allowing you to hang it flush with the wall. The sides of the board have been painted as well so that this piece would look wonderful displayed unframed either directly on the wall or on a small, decorative table-top easel.  This piece also sits nicely on edge and could be displayed that way on a desk or bookshelf.
