I love this painting.  I do not want to write about the content here.  I see several possible interpretations of this image and I prefer to let you find the story that suits you.  What I can say is that the colors are gorgeous and the lines - the edges - are just divine.

The words in this image read:  What are you made of?

How Building Blocks was created.....   This is a traditional brush painting.

Building Blocks was painted on a gorgeous panel of Belgian linen bonded with traditional rabbit-skin glue to a ¼” thick piece of masonite. The linen was primed with top-grade, old school gesso. It is the perfect surface for detailed painting. The texture of linen is so much finer than canvas.

The sides of the panel have been painted black.

This painting can be easily and affordably framed as it requires no glass or matting.  Or is can be displayed on a small decorative easel or plastic stand.
