MY REACTION: This painting is so much more lovely in person. Unfortunately, the scans look bumpy and streaky. The actual painting looks much sharper and very bold. This is an arresting image. I have a hunch folks will either love this one or not like it at all. CONTENT: I have my theories on what this is about, but I will let you form your own interpretations. ARTISTIC CONCERNS: This is one of the most expressive pieces I have done in ages. Very loose and free and with all that red it feels really emotional to me. I am attached to this one and hope it finds a good home with someone who understands the value of a rat who practices voodoo. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW: This piece has already been custom framed and will arrive ready to hang. Finished framed measurements are approximately 7" x 9". NOTE: This whole painting, frame included, did not scan or photo well. It is a beautiful piece in person. The colors are deep and rich. Unfortunately they scan out to look hot and flat but they are not! This one is a treasure.
