This is my favorite new painting in ages. The colors, the expressive brushstrokes, the baby duck, the words, everything about this piece makes me happy. I cannot remember the last time I was satisfied with all of the elements of a given painting.

I am not going to write much about the content of this piece. I think it speaks for itself.

I will tell say a few things about the actual painting, though. There are bits of iridescent rose and purple and even a wee bit of bright gold sprinkled throughout the composition, so there is a faint shimmer to this canvas. And the deep bold colors are even more delicious in person than they appear online. This is a fun detailed painting that I hope will bring a few unexpected smiles to your home or office.

How Cute was created... I used palette knives, my fingers, a soft cloth, and brushes of all sizes in order to put this painting together.

Cute was painted on a professional quality gallery-wrapped canvas with deep 1.5" sides. This piece would look wonderful displayed unframed directly on the wall. Or it can be shown on a small decorative easel. Or it can be easily and affordably framed as it required no matting or glass.
