These are quick little sketches.  They are impulsive and uncensored.  Created without rulers or other tools.  Created on irregular pieces of mat board or watercolor paper or cardboard or whatever is handy.  There may be flaws or smudges in the margins outside the area of the actual artwork, but those will not show once the drawing is matted and framed.

These pieces are all one of a kind originals.  Because they are undeveloped sketches, they are not included on my regular fine art pages or in the alphabetical index or on My Life on One Page.  These sketches can only be seen here.  I have no plans to offer any of these items as prints, giclees or cards, but I am making scans in case I should want to.  Some of the images captured in these quick sketches may eventually be used for more serious, more developed fine art pieces.  The titles of these sketches may be reused for other fine art pieces as well.

You may want to frame your new artwork to protect your investment. One affordable way to frame these unique drawings would be to purchase standard-sized frames at your local home store and then bring the frames and the artwork together to a custom-framer. Ask the framer to mat the art to fit the frame. These pieces would look lovely with a neutral mat and a low-profile frame.

Doodle drawings are shipped in a waxed-paper storage bag, sandwiched between sheets of rigid cardboard.
