ABOUT THIS PIECE:  This pretty sunny painting is about enjoying being alive!  Enjoy today.  This moment.  Being present.  Imagine for a moment - this is a challenge - imagine for a moment that God and Buddha and The Great Spirit and your parents and Mother Nature and the Universe all looked upon you as you might look upon a potted plant.  They are all happy just to see you grow and mature.  Imagine that.  Just being yourself, witnessing each day is enough.  No pressure to be more, do more, see more, say more.  Nothing to prove.  Just breathing in and out and being present and maturing one day at a time is all that is asked of you.  Enjoy the sun, watch the seasons change, witness your surroundings.  That is enough.  Can you imagine?

HOW IT WAS MADE:  I used palette knives and brushes to create this gorgeous expressive piece.  I cleared away the paint from that central "window" and let everything dry (which took forever!) before using tiny detail brushes to paint that sweet potted plant.

DISPLAY OPTIONS:  This piece could be easily and affordably framed as it requires no matting or glass.  Or it would also display nicely sitting on a small decorative easel or stand just as it is, no framing needed.  I will include a small plastic stand for free if you request one at the time of payment.
