I love this painting. This is a very special piece. I painted it at a time when I first decided I might be a "real" artist. When I was facing my fears and preparing to take that flying leap which would eventually bring me here. To my life as a painter.

Rabbits often appear in Native American spiritual lore as symbols of fear. They share the lesson of how we empower what we fear most and how the only way we can reclaim our power is to face our fears directly. This beautiful woman and her fun bunny friends are defying gravity in this scene of courage and faith. I am hopeful this piece will empower you to defy forces that you perceive as holding you back.
