For Me

Every woman I know has trouble claiming time for herself. Putting aside the demands of those around her, her work commitments, her family and friends, her "civic duties", and taking the time she needs to feel alive and to replenish her spirit.

This beautiful luminous landscape is a quiet moment created just for you. As a gift to you. As a reminder for you. Time will not stand still. Ever. No matter how good you are or how much you give. Time keeps passing. Don't let it pass you by. While you are too busy to notice. Take the time you need to live a full life. To feel. To enjoy.

How For Me was created... I worked on this canvas off-and-on for months. It has many many many layers of rich, invigorating color. I used palette knives, a wide variety of brushes, a soft cloth, and paper-towels to create this lovely image.

For Me was painted on a huge 16" x 20" gallery-wrapped canvas with staple-free sides. This piece would look wonderful displayed unframed directly on the wall. Or it can be easily and affordably framed as it required no matting or glass.
