ABOUT THIS PIECE:  Youth is a mess.  At least mine was.  Most seem to be.  Young adulthood was painful, too.  But as I slouch into middle age, I can feel myself claiming more.  For me.  Power.  Strength.  Courage.  Patience.  Peace.  I am beginning to fill myself finally.  Letting go of those concerns that do not enrich me.  Holding stronger to those notions that define me.  It is good to be ripening now.

This is a beautiful rich piece.  Lovely.  I hope it brings you faith in yourself.  Satisfaction with your aging process.

HOW THIS PAINTING WAS MADE:  I used palette knives and brushes to create this unusual piece.

DISPLAY OPTIONS:  This piece could be easily and affordably framed as it requires no matting or glass.  Or it would also display nicely sitting on a small decorative easel or stand just as it is, no framing needed.  I will include a small plastic stand for free if you request one at the time of payment.
