Impossible

Oh I love this painting! It gets right to the point. No messing around. Just beautiful colors and the message that the impossible can and will happen when you believe. It is all about faith.

I am hopeful this colorful gem will bring a bit of soft magic to your home or office.

How Impossible was created..... After the black gesso primer dried, I used brushes to apply many transparent and opaque layers of color. I also used cloth to blot up some of the layers and dental tools to scratch through some of the layers. I finished with tiny detail brushes, creating the brave little house and adding the words. (The words on this one were particularly challenging to paint!)

Impossible was painted on a rigid canvas panel. The edges have been painted, so this piece looks lovely displayed just as it is on a small stand or decorative easel. Or it can be easily and affordably framed as it requires no glass or matting. ***NOTE: I can include a small clear plastic stand with this painting at no charge.
