This colorful abstract/landscape is so bold and active and filled with possibility!  It is a really exciting image.  I had a great time painting both the abstract expressionist part and the lovely adventurous tree part.  And I hope this vibrant piece brings inspiration and motivation to some fellow art lover out there who is ready to take flight.

How In Transit was created...  This is purely a brush painting with many many many layers of color.  I used tiny 18/0 spotter brushes to paint the scene and the words.

(The image continues around the staple-free sides so you can display your new artwork unframed.  This is a digital photo, the scans above are more accurate.)

In Transit was painted on a gallery-wrapped canvas with .75" staple-free sides.  This piece would look wonderful displayed unframed directly on the wall.  Or it can be easily and affordably framed as it required no matting or glass.

I am on my way.
