(Enlarged to show details.)

(The painting continues around the staple-free sides.  This is a digital photo.  The scans above are more accurate.)

MY REACTION:  Yes, yes!  This one is lush and fertile.  Green, green, and more green.  Makes me feel good.

CONTENT:  A small place in nature.  In the green.  Doesn't that sound like a cure for what ails you?  I especially like the contrast between this kind of green and the empty green of money, you know?  Living in the green that way only feels powerful until you realize it isn't.  Living in the green this way never disappoints.

ARTISTIC CONCERNS:  This is primarily a knife painting.  It is noticeably textured.  I cleared the texturing from the "window" and then painted the heart part with a brush.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:  This piece is on a gallery stretched canvas.  The painting continues around the staple-free sides.  It can be easily and affordably framed as it requires no matting or glass.  This one also shows well on the wall as it is, unframed.  Or it can be shown on a small display stand.

A small place in nature.
