Night Guides

This is just a sweet little ink and acrylic study I did to test out some new methods of layering color in different media. It is not too ambitious, but it is a colorful, inspirational little piece that should frame up beautifully. And I have priced it very affordably.

Both little "windows" in this piece appear together on one mat board and they are signed together as one painting.

How Night Guides was created..... I worked back and forth between acrylic paints and lightfast artist's pens filled with india ink.

Night Guides was painted on acid-free white mat board. You will want to frame this piece to protect your investment. One affordable way to frame this unique piece would be to purchase a standard-sized frame at your local home store and then bring the frame and the artwork together to a custom-framer. Ask the framer to mat the art to fit the frame.
