Acrylic on gallery stretched canvas
The words in this piece read: When the time is right.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no "stripes" in the actual painting. Stripes appearing here are some sort of scanner/monitor problem. I am sorry I could not manage to make them go away. But I promise this piece is lovely in person. And the giclees of this image are beautiful and "stripe-free" as well.

More and more lately I feel compelled to allow the energy of my expressive abstract painting to remain a key part of my images. Not to cover it up or create clear explanations for things or force it back into the shadows. This is a beautiful vibrant little piece. With big bold color. And fun energetic expressive painting. How this painting was created..... I used palette knives and brushes to create this one.
(The painting continues around the staple free sides.) This image was painted on a gallery stretched canvas primed with black acrylic gesso. The image continues around the staple-free sides. This painting may be displayed unframed either directly on the wall or on a decorative display easel. Or it can be easily and affordably framed as it required no matting or glass. |

When the time is right.
