I love this fun pretty bear.  She always makes me smile.  This is a rich expressive painting with soft hues and some neat fine detail work.  The words read, "I live at my own speed."  Because some of us are meant to live slower and some of us might need to live faster and the most important thing is to find your own pace and to honor that.

How Panda was created.....   this is a traditional brush painting created over the course of several days.  The features of the bear were painted with a teensy 18/0 detail brush.

Panda was painted on a wooden board created specifically for use by artists. It has a recessed slot in the back allowing you to hang it flush with the wall. The sides of the board have been painted as well so that this piece would look wonderful displayed unframed either directly on the wall or on a small, decorative table-top easel.
