ABOUT THIS PIECE:  Sunsets are gifts.  Blessings.  Miracles for us.  A chance to stop and witness our place in the grandness of the world. 

HOW IT WAS MADE:  I used thick layers of acrylic to create the textured grassy area.  The rest of this piece is a traditional brush painting.  The sky was built up over many layers in order to create that luminous glow.

DISPLAY OPTIONS:  This piece could be easily and affordably framed as it requires no matting or glass.  Or it would also display nicely sitting on a small decorative easel or stand just as it is, no framing needed.
