This painting has a very powerful affect on me. It is a strong
symbolic image. I am hopeful it will act as a good-luck-charm
for you and help you to remember that you have what it takes to beat
the odds. In Native American spiritual traditions, rabbits
often symbolize fear. In this unique painting, your fear is
facing away from you, ready to move on. Are you ready to let
it go? This piece is also a lovely elegant abstract painting in its own right with a soft layered composition and some surprisingly colorful accent lines. How Survivor was created..... This is a traditional brush painting, although I did use a dental tool to scratch in a few accent lines.
Survivor was painted on a rigid canvas panel. I have framed this painting is a simple silver toned molding and the back is sealed. There is a hanging wire on the back or you could choose to display this small framed piece on a display easel. (This painting could be removed from the frame if you prefer and the sides have been painted so that it could be displayed unframed also.)
