MY REACTION: This is a lovely warm little painting. Soft and subtle. CONTENT: Change is hard. Real and lasting change is really really hard. But there seems to be a directly relationship between how challenging it is to change and the level of satisfaction you feel once you succeed. ARTISTIC CONCERNS: This is a traditional brush painting. I used a dental tool to scratch some accent lines around the "window". WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW: Transformed is on a gallery stretched canvas. The painting continues around the staple-free sides. It can be easily and affordably framed as it requires no matting or glass. This one also shows well on the wall as it is, unframed. Or it can be shown on a small display stand.
