MY REACTION:  Just because YOU have never seen an armadillo fly, that does not mean it is impossible.  In fact, no one can PROVE that armadillos do not fly.  Only that they do not fly when humans are watching them.  (They are shy.)  This armadillo knows full well what she is capable of.  Good for her!

CONTENT:  A bit of inspiration for some fellow armadillo lover out there who knows (s)he is magical.

ARTISTIC CONCERNS:  This is a traditional brush painting.  These new pieces are looser, more free, more expressive than I have been in ages.  More confident.  Less concerned with perfection and more content to play and imagine.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:  You will want to frame this piece to protect your investment.  I recommend choosing an outer mat that matches the mat board upon which the image was painted.
