Angels are real. The wings and the halos and the flowing robes
may have been invented by writers and artists of old in order to add
drama, but there are most definitely Heavenly spirits here on Earth
to protect us and love us and show us the way. I have had the
good fortune to bump up against many of them and I am a better,
calmer, more compassionate person for having known them. I would love for this warm happy painting to bring a bit of peace and inspiration to your home or office. How Watched Over was created... I used palette knives, dental tools, and a wide range of brushes to create this hopeful luminous image. I worked on this one for a long time.

Watched Over was painted on an 8" x 10" oval stretched canvas with staple-free sides. This piece would look wonderful displayed unframed directly on the wall or on a small stand or easel.
