Art for all your online decorating needs.

For a limited time, I will be testing out this new Art Lending Library idea. For all you folks with MySpace pages and blogs and personal newsletters. So you can decorate your virtual worlds with fun colorful art.

I currently hold the rights to all 1500 works of art appearing on this website. Until August 1st, I will grant you the right to use any and all of these images for specific purposes if you meet four small requirements. This includes both fine art pieces - either the whole work of art or the close-up shots - and Tiny Art pieces. You have permission to resize these images as needed, also. So long as you meet the following requirements.

First, these images may ONLY be used for online decoration. They may not be printed for any reason, nor saved and sold as files. They may only be used to make your own spaces a little bit more lovely.

Second, and this is really important, you MUST save the images you wish to use on your own server space or hard drive or whatever. You may not display them from my server. I have a service that tracks this. Because it costs me money if you use my bandwidth. So please use your own image hosting arrangement.

Third, this project will not work if folks see my art on your pages and think these images are public domain. It is REALLY IMPORTANT that you include copyright information any time and every time you use these images. My livelihood depends on this. So... please be sure to put the following statement immediately next to/above/below EVERY image that you borrow. Please show this phrase in a visible color with no smaller than 10pt font. If you know how to make it a link back to my site, that would be much appreciated. Here is the exact wording you need to use:

And finally, please be so kind as to EMAIL ME by clicking HERE to let me know which images you are borrowing and where you will be sharing them. You do not have to identify the images by title on your site, but please do share the titles with me.
