About this painting: In the summer, when they are in full foliage, these two actually touch. Right now, they are dormant and separate. I know how that works. And I can feel my leaves coming soon! Can you? We may be suffering an economic collapse, but that emptiness is creating room for a different kind of boom. And I think we will all be greener and leafier when the dust has settled.
